Once released, download Photo Clean from the App Store. Existing users can check for updates there. The app requires an iPhone with iOS 18 or later; consult the product page for availability.

Tell us what happened. If something unexpected happens during deletion, stop cleanup and keep your original photos.
Talk to the developer
Include what happened, your iPhone model, iOS version and app build. Hide private photos and personal details before sharing screenshots.
We will never ask for your Apple password, verification codes or complete photo library.
Photo access
If your library is empty, check photo access in iOS settings. Limited access shows only the photos you authorize, and you can change the selection.
iCloud and Live Photos
iCloud-only resources need a network download. If loading fails, check your connection and try again. A still thumbnail does not always mean the motion resource is ready.
Selections and deletion
Before actual deletion, undo a choice or restore photos from the queue. After system-confirmed deletion, check Recently Deleted in Apple Photos.

Good to know
Will it delete photos automatically?
No. Your selections enter a deletion queue and can still be undone or restored. Photos are deleted only after you start cleanup and accept the iOS deletion request.
Can I recover deleted photos?
Photos deleted through iOS go to Recently Deleted in Apple Photos, usually for 30 days. Follow the deadline shown by the system. Deletions sync across devices if iCloud Photos is enabled. Photo Clean cannot recover permanently deleted items.
Are my photos uploaded?
Photo Clean does not upload your photos to developer servers. Similarity analysis runs on your device. Viewing iCloud-only originals or Live Photos can download resources from Apple. Photo location maps may also use Apple network services.
Can I grant access to selected photos only?
Yes. With limited access, the app works only with the photos you allow. You can change this selection in the app settings or iOS settings.
Where can I download and update the app?
Photo Clean is preparing to launch on the App Store. A download link will appear here when it is available. Installation and future updates will be handled through the App Store.
